The details that you filled in when you subscribed to magboxs for providers are detailed in My Account. This detail will comprise the marketing and advertising information available to your customers and should be completed accurately. Your provider address, phone number and fax number will give your customers continuous access to your contact information. The email address is highlighted and gives your customers a direct link via Outlook Express if they wish to communicate with you via email. Your URL (website) address on your provider home page provides a click link to your website.
Your provider Logo will appear on your Provider home page and on your opt-in Customers home page. It gives visibility to your branding and to your presence on Magboxs.
Your provider home page is divided into 2 sections:

Provider Home Page is the page that your customers will see when they access your magboxs provider home page from their customer home page. The more you communicate with your customers, the more exposure you have to them. Communicating with your opt-in customers will reinforce your commitment to their care and wellbeing no matter what service or product you are providing.

Once you have completed the New Messages application and submitted the new message, the appropriate message will be reflected on all your customer’s home pages.

1.Newsletter. This application is for publishing your newsletters.
Subject:
It is important to be specific with the subject content. It is best to date the Newsletter and/ or give it a number. This will allow your customers easy access to archived newsletters.
This can be used to add content directly to your newsletter publication.
Attachments:
This is used to upload your newsletter from a saved file. The browse facility allows you to access and attach the newsletter files that you have completed and saved. Once the file is attached and loaded in the attachment box you need to submit the file for attachment.
You can attach more than 1 newsletter if necessary. Once submitted the newsletter icon will appear next to your provider logo on all your customers home pages and an immediate email will be sent to all your customers.
PLEASE NOTE: It is best to upload a Microsoft Word or PDF file. Your customers can open the Newsletter attachment without saving the file first. HTML formats or zipped files will need to be saved by your customer before they can view it. If you are using Microsoft Publisher then you need to copy, paste and save the designed document into a word document.
2.Promotion.
Same steps as adding Newsletter (see above).
However it is important to check the calendar box if you want the promotion to be added automatically to Your Upcoming Events and Calendar.

3.Sale.
Same steps as adding Newsletter (see above )
However it is important to check the calendar box if you want the sale to be automatically added to Your Upcoming Eventsand Calendar.

4.Email.
This can be used as a magboxs short communication with your customers. It can also be used to copy standard bulk email communications that you send by conventional email and have them appear in magboxsas an archived email communication. This allows your customer access to a record to your bulk email to read in their time.
5.SMS.
If you send bulk sms messages then you should copy the message into magboxsSMS messages to give your customersanother chance to read your message in their time. The message is also archived.

Invite Customers
After you have sent an invitation to your customers and they have signed up to magboxs as a customer, you as a provider will automatically be added to your customer's subscriptions.

To invite all your existing customers to join magboxs and communicate with you:
Send Invitation to all your Contacts
This function allows you to send to all your contacts that you have in your E-mail Client (such as Outlook). You will have to export all your contacts to a CSV file, which magboxs will automatically process.
Export your contacts from Outlook (or any other e-mail program) to a CSV file. This application will then send an invitation e-mail to all your contacts, inviting them to join Magboxs. As a provider you will automatically be added to their subscriptions once they have signed up.

Once you have added the csv file, you can add your invitation message and submit the invitation. The invitationmessage will be sent to all your customers.
Magboxs for Providers is the magboxs team’s communication tool. All communication to you, the provider, will appear in Magboxs news. You will receive email messages when there are new communications.
